Acceptable Use Policy

Use StudyFlow to study. Don't break the law, don't harm others, don't attack or overload the service, and don't upload things you don't have the right to use.

• Upload, share, or generate content that is illegal, or that is harmful, threatening, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted course materials you are not licensed to reproduce
• Attempt to break, reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent the security of the service
• Interfere with other users or with the service's normal operation (spam, scraping, denial of service, automated abuse of the API)
• Circumvent usage limits, AI credit limits, or subscription restrictions, or share one account between multiple people
• Use the service to cheat on exams or graded assessments in violation of academic integrity rules
• Impersonate another person, or use the service while under the age of 13

AI processing (transcription, study guide generation, tutoring, and so on) costs real resources. Help keep StudyFlow available for everyone by generating only what you genuinely need. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that consume resources in an abusive or automated way.

If we find content that violates this policy, we may remove it. For serious or repeated violations, we may warn you, suspend, or terminate your account. Where required by law, we may cooperate with authorities. If you believe your content was removed in error, contact support@studyflow.app.
