How StudyFlow Works

StudyFlow follows a simple loop: your course materials become study context, study context becomes study tools, and your practice results tell you what to study next. Here is the full workflow, step by step.

  1. Step 1 · Create Your Study Workspace — Sign up for a free StudyFlow account in your browser — no download needed.
  2. Step 2 · Add Your Classes — Create a class for each course, with teacher, course code, and semester.
  3. Step 3 · Add Your Study Materials — Write notes, upload documents (like PDFs), and record or upload lectures.
  4. Step 4 · Organize Materials by Class and Topic — Every note, document, and recording belongs to a class and can be tagged by topic.
  5. Step 5 · Generate Study Resources — Create study guides, flashcards, and quizzes from your own materials.
  6. Step 6 · Learn With the AI Tutor — Work through problems on the interactive whiteboard with guided, step-by-step teaching.
  7. Step 7 · Practice With Quizzes — Answer generated practice questions and review explanations for every answer.
  8. Step 8 · Review Results and Continue Studying — See which topics you missed and use that to decide what to study next.
The loop continues: weak areas you identify in Step 8 feed back into what you practice with the AI Tutor in Step 6, using the same class materials from Steps 2–4.
